Introduction

M/s MAK, Port Blair provides a luxury passenger day cruise vessel - M.V. Makruzz operates between Port Blair and Havelock. M.V. Makruzz was built in 2016 by Damen Shipyard, Singapore and is in operation in Andaman since Feb 2016. The fully Air-conditioned Makruzz Gold Catamaran can attain a cruise speed of 25 knots and covers the distance between Port Blair to Havelock in about 1.5 hours. M.V. Makruzz will cruise for Havelock from Phoenix bay Jetty-Port Blair at 08.30 AM daily and in return direction from Havelock at 4 PM.

  • One needs to submit application form for booking of tickets and produce ID proof at the time of boarding of vessel.
  • guests are requested to provide correct information, in case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake) and if there arises any issues/dispute due to the same, we will not entertain those and the client has to bear the problems/fine/extra expenses arises due to the same.
  • Please note that the ferry timings are subject to change without notice. All ferry transfers are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits and Department of Shipping schedules.
  • In case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same.
  • We shall not be responsible for ship delays, on account of any reason whatsoever rescheduling/cancellation of ship inter-connection meals not being served etc.
  • We are not responsible for cancellation of the services by the vendors due to climatic change or any reason.
  • Kindly note that we do not guarantee the sailing of ferry.
  • We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.
  • Above to 2-3 year child (ticket) treated as an adult (ticket fare).
  • In order to get transfer services from us, you are kindly requested to send all passengers names and ages to book the tickets.
  • For Indian nationals tickets can be booked only 04 days in advance and all tickets and seats are subject to availability.
  • For all foreign national the RAP is required to book tickets and hence can only be bought after your arrival subject to availability.
  • Tourist will carry their luggage along with them. The management / staff are not responsible for loss of their belongings such as cash, valuable articles, mobiles etc..., during the journey.
  • Our liability is only to value of ferry ticket and incase of any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to make Andaman Ocean will not be liable for it.
  • Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the upper category and the difference for the same can be paid on arrival.
  • In case of non availability of tickets or cancellations our liability is limited to the value of the ticket. We will provide assistance in arranging alternates for the guest, payment can be made directly.
